I ‘d like to introduce DANGO.
DANGO is a Japanese dumpling and sweet made from rice flour, related to mochi.
Only takes a few minutes to prepare and serve.
Now I’ll show you how to make it.
Place a flour into a bowl and pour water gradually.
Sorry, I do not make a measurements, but mix powder until as soft as your earlobe.
Grab a small piece of the dough and roll into a ball in a circular motion.
↑ Something like that.
Now all the balls put into boiling water.
Boil for 2~3 minutes.
Once boiled, place into cold water to cool down.
I used ZEZAI, also known as red bean soup.
Prepare this by, placing the dumpling into the red bean soup.
Now, ready to eat.
It’s simple and delicious.
